Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • High Demand Periods: During high demand periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping:

    • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $8.00 or free for orders over $100.
    • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $20.00.
    • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $30.00.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure the best possible delivery experience for our customers. The carrier used for your shipment will be determined by your location and shipping option chosen.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Tracking Your Order: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Raazha is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info.raazha@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at info.raazha@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement.
  • Stolen Packages: Raazha is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but reported stolen. We recommend contacting the carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment cost once we have received the returned package.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this shipping policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
