The Raazha Circle is a community of creators, customers, students, and culture lovers who help represent Raazha and our mission of bringing South Asian culture, nostalgia, humor, and streetwear together.

Before accepting your invitation, please review the program details below carefully.

By choosing Accept Invitation, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the expectations and guidelines of the Raazha Brand Ambassador Program.

WHAT IT MEANS TO BE PART OF THE Raazha Circle

As a Raazha Ambassador, you’ll help introduce the brand to new audiences while creating content that feels authentic to you.

We are not looking for scripted advertisements.

We want ambassadors to incorporate Raazha naturally into their style, personality, culture, and content.

Raazha ambassadors may participate by:

  • Wearing and styling Raazha products
  • Creating social media content
  • Sharing their personalized discount code
  • Introducing new customers to Raazha
  • Participating in brand campaigns
  • Sharing product feedback
  • Participating in ambassador challenges
  • Attending or promoting Raazha events when opportunities are available

As an approved Raazha Circle member, you will receive:

Personal Ambassador Discount

You’ll receive 25% off eligible Raazha products for personal purchases.

Your personal ambassador discount is intended for your use only and may not be publicly shared.

Personalized Customer Discount Code

You’ll receive a personalized discount code to share with your audience.

Customers using your code will receive:

15% off eligible purchases

Commission

You’ll begin by earning:

8% commission on qualifying referred sales

Commission is based on eligible net product sales after discounts, cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Commission does not apply to:

  • Shipping
  • Taxes
  • Cancelled orders
  • Returned orders
  • Refunded orders
  • Fraudulent purchases
  • Personal purchases
  • Self-referrals

AMBASSADOR LEVELS

As your participation and referrals grow, you may become eligible for additional rewards.

RAAZHA ROOKIE

0–4 referred orders per month

Benefits include:

  • 25% personal ambassador discount
  • 15% customer discount code
  • 8% commission
  • Early access to selected launches
  • Ambassador campaign opportunities
  • Potential social media features

RAAZHA INSIDER

5–14 referred orders per month

Benefits may include:

  • 10% commission
  • Free Raazha product after reaching qualifying milestones
  • Priority access to product seeding
  • Early product previews
  • Exclusive campaign opportunities
  • Increased opportunities for Raazha features

RAAZHA ICON

15+ referred orders per month

Benefits may include:

  • 12% commission
  • Selected gifted products
  • Priority access to new releases
  • Paid creator campaign opportunities
  • Brand photoshoot opportunities
  • Social media and website features
  • Collaboration opportunities
  • Exclusive RaazhaRaazha merchandise

Ambassador tiers may be reviewed periodically based on activity and qualifying sales.

CONTENT EXPECTATIONS

We want your content to feel natural and creative.

Raazha ambassadors are expected to participate consistently in the program.

Our general expectation is approximately:

2 pieces of Raazha-related content per month

Content may include:

  • Instagram Reels
  • TikTok videos
  • Outfit photos
  • Styling videos
  • GRWM content
  • Unboxings
  • Lifestyle content
  • South Asian culture content
  • Humor or meme content
  • College or campus content
  • Event content
  • Trend-based videos
  • Product photography

There is no requirement that every post look like an advertisement.

Social media stories are encouraged to repost content, but they will not count toward the 2-piece minimum.

We encourage ambassadors to create content in their own style and voice.

POSTING GUIDELINES

When posting Raazha-related content, ambassadors should:

  • Tag Raazha when appropriate
  • Clearly identify Raazha products
  • Include their customer discount code
  • Represent the brand respectfully
  • Avoid misleading claims about products
  • Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content
  • Follow applicable social media disclosure requirements

If you receive gifted products, commission, or other compensation, you are responsible for properly disclosing your relationship with Raazha.

YOUR DISCOUNT CODE

Your ambassador code is intended to help track the customers you personally introduce to Raazha.

Ambassadors may not:

  • Post their code on coupon websites
  • Submit their code to discount databases
  • Use their code to earn commission on their own purchases
  • Create fake orders or referrals
  • Ask friends or family to place fraudulent orders
  • Use paid advertising promoting their ambassador code without written approval
  • Present themselves as an employee or official spokesperson of Raazha

Raazha reserves the right to cancel commissions associated with fraudulent or improper activity.

PRODUCT GIFTING

Acceptance into the ambassador program does not automatically guarantee free products.

Gifted products may be offered based on:

  • Ambassador performance
  • Content quality
  • Campaign needs
  • Audience engagement
  • Sales performance
  • Product availability
  • Special promotions

Some ambassadors may also receive product(s) after reaching specific referral milestones.

COMMISSION PAYMENTS

Commission is calculated using qualifying net product sales.

Commissions may be held until the applicable order return or refund period has passed.

Recommended payout structure:

Minimum payout balance: $25

Payout frequency: Monthly

Payment methods may include:

  • PayPal
  • Venmo
  • Raazha store credit

Payment options may change as the program develops.

RETURNS AND CANCELLED ORDERS

Commission is not earned on refunded, returned, cancelled, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible transactions.

If commission was previously credited for an order that is later refunded, the corresponding commission may be deducted from the ambassador’s balance.

PROGRAM ACTIVITY

We want the Raazha Circle to remain an active community.

To remain active in the program, ambassadors should participate in at least two qualifying activities within approximately every 30 days.

Qualifying activity may include:

  • Creating Raazha content
  • Referring a sale
  • Participating in an ambassador campaign
  • Participating in a Raazha event
  • Completing an ambassador challenge

Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be removed from the program.

REPRESENTING Raazha

Being a Raazha Ambassador means representing the brand respectfully and authentically.

Ambassadors should not engage in conduct that includes:

  • Harassment
  • Hate speech
  • Discrimination
  • Threats
  • Fraud
  • Intentional misinformation
  • Brand impersonation
  • Illegal activity associated with the program

Raazha may remove ambassadors whose conduct is inconsistent with the values or reputation of the brand.

Misconduct does not exclusively include activities while publicly representing Raazha. Be kind regardless of the situation. :)

USE OF AMBASSADOR CONTENT

By participating in the Raazha Ambassador Program, you may have the opportunity to allow Raazha to repost or feature ambassador-created content.

When Raazha wishes to use your content beyond standard social media reposting, additional permission may be requested where appropriate.

Raazha may feature ambassador content through:

  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • Pinterest
  • Website
  • Email
  • Other RAAZHA-owned marketing channels

PROGRAM CHANGES

As Raazha grows, the Brand Ambassador Program may evolve.

Raazha reserves the right to update:

  • Commission rates
  • Discounts
  • Tier requirements
  • Rewards
  • Content expectations
  • Program policies
  • Eligibility requirements

Ambassadors will be informed of material changes to the program.

ENDING PARTICIPATION

Participation in the Raazha Circle is voluntary.

You may choose to leave the ambassador program at any time.

Raazha may also end an ambassador’s participation because of:

  • Inactivity
  • Fraud
  • Misuse of discount codes
  • Brand misrepresentation
  • Violation of program guidelines
  • Repeated failure to follow required disclosure practices
  • Conduct inconsistent with the program

Eligible unpaid commission earned before removal will be handled according to the applicable ambassador terms.
